For example: a contract schedule

A bid or contract team receives a 300 to 600-page contract schedule or tender pack. They load it into their own workspace and ask, together: list every service level and its penalty; which assets need monthly PPM under this schedule; where does schedule 4 contradict schedule 7; draft our clarification questions.

Answers point back to the page, and your people check them before anything goes into a bid. Nothing goes to ChatGPT or any public AI.

Bid and contract teams

FM providers and contractors bidding for a contract, and mobilisation teams after an award, working through a large schedule or tender pack.

Estates and FM teams

In-house estates and FM teams finding every obligation fast, for an audit, a dispute or an asset register handover.

What you get.

A shared, secure AI workspace for the team. Hosted in AWS London; AI models run through Amazon Bedrock, with AI processing in the UK or EU.

One workspace per customer

Your files and conversations are kept in your workspace. Colleagues open the same conversation and challenge the same answer.

Personal sign-in

Each person signs in with an authenticator app. Your admin invites and removes people.

Restricted tools

No web browsing, and no sending or changing things in other systems. Models are not trained on your data and prompt logging is off, checked every time the workspace starts.

Audit and encrypted backups

A record of sign-ins, AI requests, file access and approvals, never the content. Nightly encrypted backups. At exit, export everything and we destroy the environment.

How a pilot runs.

It starts with a call and a demo on made-up data. You name the project, an admin and your data officer, and we send a fixed proposal.

Set-up.
We create your workspace in AWS London. Your admin sets up an authenticator app and invites the team. 3 to 5 days.

Load and kick-off.
A one-hour session: load your schedule, run a starter list of questions and see shared conversations.

30 days of use.
Your team works on the real project. A 30-minute check-in and a two-line note each week.

Close note.
Questions asked, findings, time taken, usage, and our recommendation and price. You decide what happens next.

Logito Pulse prices

All prices plus VAT. Model usage included is the AI model use each price covers; above it, use is billed at AWS list price plus 20%.

Terms: 3-month minimum, then 30 days' notice. In your own AWS account: 6 months, then 60 days. Bundles: 10% off Logito Pulse monthly fees with an Integration Connect seat or above. TRIRIGA and MREF tools hosted with inference (model D) run on a Logito Pulse workspace, so you pay one workspace fee, not two.

Single sign-on with your own identity provider, for now.
Private chats per person inside one workspace. Everyone in a workspace shares its chats and files, so separate projects get separate workspaces.
Local hardware. Logito Pulse runs in AWS London or in your own AWS account.
Cyber Essentials: Logito does not yet hold it.
