We use the details you send so we can reply, including follow-up about prices or a demo when you ask for that. Under the UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to restrict how we use it, ask for data portability where it applies, object to certain uses, and ask about any automated decision-making. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). Under PECR you can ask us to stop email follow-up at any time. Email hello at logito dot co dot uk and we will stop.
We rely on legitimate interests to handle enquiries you send us. Optional tags run only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time through the cookie settings.

How enquiries reach us
Today, enquiries go by email to hello at logito dot co dot uk (mailto). We do not store form submissions on a Logito server beyond what your email and ours keep. If we later turn on the hosted contact form, messages will pass through our AWS form endpoint and be emailed to hello at logito dot co dot uk; we will not keep form data beyond that email unless Logito decides otherwise. This page will be updated when that mode changes.
Hosting logs
Our hosting on AWS keeps standard request logs, including IP addresses, for 90 days. We use them to see how the site is used and to protect it with access controls, and then they are deleted automatically.
Cookies and optional tags
With every marketing tag left off (the current default), this site sets no cookies of its own and runs no tracking scripts. Optional tags (audience measurement and ads measurement) only load after you Accept on the cookie banner, and only when a tag is switched on in site config. See the cookies page for the list and how to Reject.
Enquiry details are kept only as long as needed to handle your request, then removed unless the law says we must keep them.
